Fried Chicken Balado (Ayam Goreng Balado)

Ingredients :


tasty chicken balado
dont forget to eat this one
1 young chicken.
Right amount of oil.

Seasonings :

5 onions
3 tbsp tamarind (take the water)
2 ounches of curly red pepper
2 red tomatoes
½ tbsp of grind turmeric
½ tsp sugar
Salt to taste.

How to Cook :
  1. Chickens are cleaned and cut into pieces match. Sprinkle with turmeric and salt has been refined.
  2. Red pepper, onion and tomatoes chopped.
  3. Fry chicken in hot oil, then set aside.
  4. With the remaining oil to fry chicken, fried peppers, onions and tomatoes that have been chopped up earlier, put the sugar and tamarind water.

Padang Satay (Sate Padang)


Ingredients :


½ kg of beef heart (beef,chicken meat or what ever you want to make satay)
Space between finger starch (sago palm flour)

Satay maknyuuus
Glutinous rice flour and rice flour with sauce thickener (2:1)
Sticks skewers suffiently

Seasoning :

2 Onions
2 Cloves of garlic 
3 Leaves turmeric
10 Red chilis
3 tbsp curry
2 Space between finger ginger
 Leek, Parsley

How to Make the Sauce : 
  1. Some seasoning mixed with boiled heart broth, cook until boiling. Thicken with glutinous rice flour add a little salt.
  2. Served with Rombus.  
How to Cook :
  1.  Heart veal braised until cooked, then cuts of the size marbles rather a big large.

Rendang Meat Balls (Rendang Bola Daging)


Ingredients :

½ kg lean ground beef
tasty rendang meat balls
Marinade tasted wealth
150 gr grated coconut
2 liter thin coconut milk from 2½ coconuts

Seasoning spices are crushed : 

1 piece turmeric leaf
4  pieces kaffir lime leaves
2 seed sour
1 stalk lemongrass

Softened seasoning :

150 grams of red pepper
½ turmeric fingers chopped
2 tbsp minced ginger
8 red unions
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp chopped ginger salt to taste

How to Cook :
  1. Drying the grated coconut until golden and almost dry, then lift. Mashed until smooth and remove the oil, set aside.
  2. Mix the minced meat and mashed coconut while knead until smooth. Shape dough into balls of meat for meat balls, set aside.
  3. boil, turmeric leaves, lime leaves, tamarind, lemongrass and spices over low heat while stirring as no to break the coconut milk until thick and oily. Put meat balls, cook until it changes color until cooked.
  4. Reduce the heat and cook until the milk is terrible and brown, set aside.

Padang Grill Chicken (Ayam Panggang Padang)

Ingredient :

1 whole chicken
1 coconut old

Seasoning :
2 pieces cundlenut/huzelnut
6 pieces red pepper
1 space between finger turmeric
1 space betweeen finger galangal
1 lemongrass
4 onions
3 garlics
Basil leaves to taste
1 tbsp sour water
Salt to taste

How to Cook :
  1. Split chicken into two pieces, clean wash. Sprinkle flour until evenly, let sit for 10 minutes to eleminate rancidity. after that wash up until completely clean.
  2. Garlic, chilli, turmeric, coriander, and onion finely ground.
  3. Put into the chicken pieces on the seasoning. let a moment (approximately 1 hour) to allow the flavors to seep.
  4. Grated coconut, and then take a coconut milk (lumpy). Thick coconut milk and bring to a boil, put to the chicken, add the lemongrass, galangan which have been crushed, also basil leaves. Scatter salt and acid water.Try the chicken soaked in coconut milk.
  5. Continue to the cook until milk thickens and greasy, then lift.
