1 whole chicken
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
500 ml coconut milk
2 tsp salt
1 ½ tbsp brown sugar comb
3 tbsp oil for sauteing
Ground spices :
10 onions
6 cloves garlic
8 large green chilies
5 pieces of green chili curls
4 eggs hazelnut, toasted
How to Cook :
- Marinate the chicken with lemon juice and salt, grilled half-cooked, set a side.
- Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant, add the coconut milk, salt and brown sugar. Cook until boiling, add the chicken and cook until absorbed by the small fire.
- Grill chicken while spread with remaining seasoning until fragrant.
