Aunu Senebre Recipe(From Papua)

Aunu Senebre, is typical of Papua. These foods easily found in New Guinea. This food was processed from anchovies fried rice, them mixed with the leaves of the taro and coconut then final process. The taste is very savory and delicious.

Ingredients :

100 grams of anchovy rice, washed clean. lightly fried.
cassava leaves and stems 1 stalks, sliced.
100 gram of shredded coconut rought.
1/4 tsp salt.

How to Make :

  1. Boil cassava leaves and the stem until ripe. Lift and drain.
  2. Mix the anchovy rice, cassava leaves and stalks, coarsely grated coconut and salt, mix well.
  3. Steamed 25 minutes over medium heat until cooked through.
