Padeh Tamarind is Minangkabau cuisine and Malay being of the 30 categories of traditional Indonesian cuisine culinary icons has become a typical Malay dishes, Aceh and Riau. Padeh Tamarind has an exellent nutrient content for children and adults. Its usefulness is very large because it is a source of protein, fats, vitamins and minerals. The main advantage is the higt levels of fish protein and essential amino acids. Essential amino acids is the smallest unit of a protein that cannot be manufactured by the human body. So, how to make Padeh Tamarind?? Let see my recipe.

Ingredients :
1 tails (cut) fish mackerel or snapper.
750 ml water.
12 onions (coarsely crushed).
3 cloves garlic (coarsely crushed).
8 star fruit vegetable.
1 turmeric leaf sheet.
50 gr milled chili.
1 tsp salt.

Spice Paste :

2 segment ginger.
2 cm turmeric.
2 cm galangal.

How to Cook :
  1. Boil the water, put the seasoning on the water is already boiling. Let marinade seep up to of water decoction of smell should be.
  2. Enter your fish, then reduce heat. Cover the pot and let the fish cook slowly.
  3. Stir a little, let the marinade permeate the fish, then lift.
