1 Whole Chicken
Seasonings :
2 Bay Leaves
1 Cup Coconut Milk
4 Eggs Hazelnut
2 Cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
4 Onions, Finely Chopped
1 Stalk Lemongrass, Crushed
Salt and white or black pepper to taste.
How to Cook :
- The chicken meat is washed, roasted until half cooked, then remove from heat.
