Tasty Chicken Grill |
Ingredients and Spices :
1/2 chicken meat
2 pieces of bay leaf
1 cup coconut milk
4 grains candlenut
2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
4 grains of garlic, finely sliced
1 stalk lemongrass, bruised
Salt and pepper to taste.
How to cook :
- Chicken meat washed clean. Bake until half-cooked, then lift.
