Wrap Chicken (Ayam Bungkus)

Tasty Wrap Chicken
Can you Feel the Taste
Ingredients :

100 grams of minced chicken meat
Dumpling skin 15 pieces, ready to buy
1 egg, beaten off
500 ml cooking oil

Seasonings : 

4 cloves garlic
leek 1 stick
White pepper powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar 2 tsp
1 tbsp salty soy sauce
1 tbsp seasoning sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil


How to Cook :
  1. Saute all seasonings until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken and cook until cooked, then lift.
  3. Add the beaten eggs, mix well, then lift.
  4. Fill the dumpling skin with chicken, rolls, paste with egg white, press the edges to resemble candy.
  5. Fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown.
  6. Server with chili sauce and tomato.
