100 grams of minced chicken meat
Dumpling skin 15 pieces, ready to buy
1 egg, beaten off
500 ml cooking oil
Seasonings :
4 cloves garlic
leek 1 stick
White pepper powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar 2 tsp
1 tbsp salty soy sauce
1 tbsp seasoning sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
How to Cook :
- Saute all seasonings until fragrant.
- Add chicken and cook until cooked, then lift.
- Add the beaten eggs, mix well, then lift.
- Fill the dumpling skin with chicken, rolls, paste with egg white, press the edges to resemble candy.
- Fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown.
- Server with chili sauce and tomato.
