Broilers 500 grams
Seasonings :
6 Onions, sliced
1 segment Galangal, crushed
2 sheets Bayleaves
150 grams of Brown Sugar
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Water 500 ml
Oil 300 ml
How to Cook :
- Boil water, put the chicken, cook around 10 minutes, lift and drain.
- Boil the whole spices until fragrant.
- Add chicken and cook until water is absorbed entirely.
- Heat Oil and fry until cooked.
- Serve.
