1 whole chicken
1 coconut old
Seasoning :
2 pieces cundlenut/huzelnut
6 pieces red pepper
1 space between finger turmeric
1 space betweeen finger galangal
1 lemongrass
4 onions
3 garlics
Basil leaves to taste
1 tbsp sour water
Salt to taste
How to Cook :
- Split chicken into two pieces, clean wash. Sprinkle flour until evenly, let sit for 10 minutes to eleminate rancidity. after that wash up until completely clean.
- Garlic, chilli, turmeric, coriander, and onion finely ground.
- Put into the chicken pieces on the seasoning. let a moment (approximately 1 hour) to allow the flavors to seep.
- Grated coconut, and then take a coconut milk (lumpy). Thick coconut milk and bring to a boil, put to the chicken, add the lemongrass, galangan which have been crushed, also basil leaves. Scatter salt and acid water.Try the chicken soaked in coconut milk.
- Continue to the cook until milk thickens and greasy, then lift.
- Removed the chicken, then roasted over embers while inverted and coconut oil smeared issued from earlier stew.
- If it is a bit dry, apply the remaining seasoning on the chicken was baked. Serve :D
