1 Rooster Tails
Seasonings :
4 Cloves Shallots
3 Cloves Garlic
2 Bay Leaves
Galangal for the thumb
Turmeric for thumb
Salt and Seasonings to taste.
How to Cook :
- The chicken is clean and cut into pieces, along with spices that have been smoothed it left for some time.
- When seasonings has permeated then removed, and then fried. Wait until to color turns golden brown.
- Serve.
