The use of paprika in Indonesia people every day cuisine is extremely rare. Perhaps because of the unfamiliar course. In fact, these peppers has many benefits for health. The most nutrient contained on peppers is beta-carotene, vitamin B and vitamin C.

Ingredients :

1/2 kg chicken meat

Seasonings :

1 red paprika
1 ounce of volvariella volvacea
1 tbsp sago flour
2 clover garlic
1 slice ginger
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cooking oil
Sesame oil, refined salt and pepper to taste.

How to Cook :

  1. Clean the chicken that has been cut into pieces, mixed with sago flour. Slices paprika and bell pepper and mushroom garlic cleaned up, bruised, and then deep fried chicken lightly with cooking oil. Sauted garlic and garlic, after enter the  oyster sauce, sesame oil, pepper and salt.
