Pineapple Fried Rice |
3 ounces of white rice
2 ounces peeled shrimp, leaving tails
1 tbsp butter or margarine
1 leek
1 red chilies, remove seeds, thinly sliced
½ ounce of raisins for topping
2 tsbp cooking oil
2 cloves onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
5 pieces of cayenne pepper, chopped if desired
2 tsbp fried onions
1.5 ounces of chicken, diced
1 tbsp fresh pineapple pulp, finely chopped
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp salty soy sauce
½ tbsp pepper powder
½ tsp salt
How to Cook :
- Stir the shrimp, chicken,soy sauce, pepper and salt. Let stand briefly so the flavors mingle.
- Heart the margarine/butter and oil, saute garlic until wilted, put leek, chili and shrimp marinated care. Stir until cooked.
- Put in the rice, chopped pineapple and red pepper and stir well. Put in fried onion, stir and remove from heat.
- Sprinkle raisins and serve.
