Pineapple Fried Rice (Nasi Goreng Nanas)

Tasty Pineapple Rice
Pineapple Fried Rice
Ingredients needed :

3 ounces of white rice
2 ounces peeled shrimp, leaving tails
1  tbsp butter or margarine
1 leek
1 red chilies, remove seeds, thinly sliced
½ ounce of raisins for topping
2 tsbp cooking oil
2 cloves onions, finely chopped
2  cloves garlic, finely chopped
5 pieces of cayenne pepper, chopped if desired
2 tsbp fried onions
1.5 ounces of chicken, diced
1 tbsp fresh pineapple pulp, finely chopped
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp salty soy sauce
½ tbsp pepper powder
½ tsp salt


How to Cook :
  1. Stir the shrimp, chicken,soy sauce, pepper and salt. Let stand  briefly so the flavors mingle.
  2. Heart the margarine/butter and oil, saute garlic until wilted, put leek, chili and shrimp marinated care. Stir until cooked.
  3. Put in the rice, chopped pineapple and red pepper and stir well. Put in fried onion, stir and remove from heat.
  4. Sprinkle raisins and serve.
