1/4 kg fresh anchovies.
Parkia Speciosa 2 boards.
1 ounce red chili.
6 grains of onion.
3 cloves garlic.
1 red plum tomato.
Salt to taste.

How to Cook :

  1. Anchovies are cleaned, remove the head. Parkia washed clean, remove part of the hard edges, then thinly sliced peel.
  2. Anchovies fried in oil until dry. Onion, garlic and red chili fine;y crushed along with the tomatoes and salt. Fry the spices until cooked, then enter the Parkia Speciosa, stirring constanly  until blended. Then enter the fried anchovies, stir again and salt to taste.
  3. Cook until cooked, then lift. Serve
