Tasty Goat's Fried Rice |

Goat Fried Rice is a staple food that tastes not less tasty with fried rice. This food is very suitable as staple food or home at the time breakfast. Below is a recipe how to make Goat Fried Rice.
Ingredients :
2.5 ounces white rice
1/4 red tomatoes, sliced
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
Complement :
2 tbsp cooking oil for sauteing
1.5 ounces young goat meat, cut into cubes 2 x 2 cm
2 stalks green onion, finely sliced
Pickled cucumber
Fried onions
Crackers or Chips (Indonesian name is Emping)
Spice Paste :
2 grains candlenut
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp shrimp paste, shrimp fry
2 cloves garlic
4 cloves shallots
2 curly red chili
Sallt to taste
Pickles :
1 piece of cucumber cut a length 1 x 3 cm
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
A little hot water
1 carrot cut into matchsticks
1/4 tsp vinegar
How to Cook :
2.5 ounces white rice
1/4 red tomatoes, sliced

How to Cook :
- Mix the ingredients so one pickle, stir well, put into the refrigerator. Set aside onions and goat meat, mix well.
- Heat oil, saute seasoning smooth until fragrance. Stir in tomatoes, leeks and goat meat, mix well.
- After the goat meat is cooked, stir in rice and sweet soy sauce, stir well, lift.
- Serve warm with a fried onions, complete with crackers, chips and pickles.
